This dressing is delicious on any kind of salad and also can be used as a marinade or to roast vegetables. The miso in this dressing contains live, active cultures of millions of beneficial bacteria. It is made by South River Miso in Conway, MA.
Ingredients: avocado oil, organic blackcurrants, Vermont maple syrup, organic balsamic vinegar, azuki bean miso (water, organic brown rice, azuki beans, sea salt, organic sea vegetables, koji culture), well water.
Refrigerate after opening.
