Blackcurrant juice with just the right amount of Vermont maple syrup. Delicious on pancakes, crepes, ice cream, drizzled over cheesecake and swirled into yogurt, smoothies, seltzer and cocktails. Combine with fresh lime juice and tequila for a refreshing (and medicinal?) margarita.
